We @ 5ine jewels pride in our products and hope that our customers do too. Hence, if our customers want to return their purchased product back, we provide a NO QUESTIONS asked 30-day return policy. Any product sent after 30 days of the received/delivery date of the product is not eligible for a refund.
Also note if your jewellery was bespoke, engraved or of a specific size (outside our available size range for that product) we would not accept your return. This is because of difficulty in reselling your customized jewellery. However, individual requests may be considered by our management team, so please contact us before returning your jewellery.
If you do not like the product delivered to you or change your mind regarding the size of diamond (If 2 or more options were provided), we can remount it with a diamond of your specification (Additional charges will apply for labour, repolishing, additional metal and diamond upgrade).
All products returned should be in its original condition (unused and unworn). Items returned will be checked and inspected before providing a full refund. If the product is found to be damaged, incomplete or changed refund won’t be provided. Also, earrings are not eligible for a refund for health and safety reasons.
Any returned product found to be lost, missing or stolen from its packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note once the product is found to be satisfactory on return, by us, we will immediately process your refund; however, it may take few days to process into your account.
All products returned must be in its original packaging including all the documents like appraisal certificate, valuations, box and an outer package. Please include a covering letter with your return stating the reason for return to help us provide better service in future.
Please note shipping charges won’t be refunded on returns.

Right to Withdraw
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 30 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (5ine Jewels) 108b, 960 Capability Green, Luton LU1 3PE, Tel: +44 203-086-8629 or email: email@example.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. So as to meet the return/cancellation deadline, all you need to do is update us in writing your concern & intention of the right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will issue a refund without undue delay, and not later than 5 working days from the day we received product and original packaging including all the documents like appraisal certificate, valuations, box and an outer package.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund (except return shipping charges). We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to 5ine Jewels. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
