Delivery Information

How will my jewellery be delivered?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all our orders. All our products are shipped from UK, so there are no import duties/taxes charged to customers receiving orders in UK.

 

UK Deliveries

All our UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is fully insured during transit and is a next-day delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm the day after we post the item and will require a signature.

If you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card. The package can be collected from your local Post Office or a re-delivery arranged with Royal Mail.

Europe Deliveries

We use Royal Mail International Signed For. This delivery services takes approximately 3-4 days to arrive after dispatch. Delivery by Royal Mail International Signed For within Europe is free and your item will be fully insured during transit.

USA Deliveries

All our USA orders are delivered using USPS Priority Overnight or Fedex. This service is fully insured during transit and will require a signature.

Australia Deliveries

All our Australia orders are delivered by Auspost Express Post service. This service is fully insured during transit and will require a signature.

Other Worldwide Deliveries 

We use FedEx services for deliveries to other destinations. You may have to pay custom duties and taxes when you receive your parcel so please be aware of this before you place an order. We do not have information on custom duties/taxes but you should be able to look this information up online for your specific country.

Custom Duties and Import VAT

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination.

Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.


How long should I allow for my order to arrive?

Standard items displayed on our website are normally delivered within 10 - 15 working day. More complex items such as eternity rings, bespoke items and vintage jewellery can take up to 20 - 25 days.

If an item is in stock it can usually be delivered within 48 hours. In stock items are marked as quick delivery items on the website, you can see them here.

 

How do I know when my item will be delivered?

Once your item is ready we will email you to let you know your order has been dispatched.

 

We generally email delivery confirmations workdays between 5-6pm, so do please check your email in-box in the evening if you think your item is due the following day.

 

Can I have my order sooner?

We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ requirements. If you need your order urgently or in time for a specific date, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to have your item ready.

 

Can I collect my item?

Orders can be collected from our London showroom, as long as this has been agreed with the sales team (see contact us). The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.

What If I Want to Deliver To A Different Address?

If you would like your delivery address to be different from your billing address, we will need the following additional documents: 


  1. A copy of the card holder’s photo ID. A passport or driving license is recommended. 
  2. A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement that must be dated from the last 3 months, in order for us to verify the billing address of the card. 
  3. A letter of authorization which gives us permission to send to an alternative address. This must be printed and hand signed by the      cardholder. We can email you the format which you can use to print and sign. 

 

If I live with my partner will delivery spoil the surprise?

Our jewellery is delivered in discrete packaging with only ’GAPH Ltd’ written on the package. The shape and size of the parcel will not suggest the contents is jewellery and the outer covering is a carrier bag so it looks like a regular courier parcel, so there's no worry if your partner sees the package before you do. The content of the package will only be revealed upon opening.
