  Ordered an engagement ring from website. 1ct, D,SI2,Princess cut set in 0.5ct pave. Lead time quoted at a month. They missed this by a weekend but all turned out well Contacted customer services by email a couple of times to check progress and got quick responses. Ring of a high quality and looks great. Excellent value. Would recommend and use again

  Top quality diamond ring, delivered earlier than expected and 5ine Jewels even upgraded my order Lovely packaging with all relevant documents, wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.   I couldn't recommend 5ine Jewels enough -- the value of the product cost versus the quality alone would be worth noting. But they accommodated an urgent requirement by agreeing to have the ring ready for pick up on Christmas eve. Product exceeded expectation, wholesale price with retail customer service. GIA product documentation was perfect. Don't shop on the high street for jewelry

  The ring as ordered took slightly longer than the original quoted delivery time, but I cannot complain about this because the quality and workmanship in the ring is superb. Customer Services answered my progress queries quickly and efficiently. I would certainly use 5ine Jewelry again and would not hesitate in recommending it to other prospective customers.

  This company as a jewellers is very professionally ran. They have put me and my requests as a priority and are still helping me with a ring resize. The item is fantastic and my now wife to be loves it. Brilliant can't recommend them anymore.
